Room clean and spacious with a fantastic harbor view. Limited dining options disappointed .

they gave us an immaculate room with a harbor view. the location was great, you can visit lord beaverbrook rink by walking.

Central location was a plus.

Staying here made it super easy to explore attractions like the Saint John Jewish Historical Museum just a short walk away. I loved strolling through the beautiful park views at Fort Howe National Historic Site, less than 10 minutes from the hotel.

The beds where comfy, the room was neat and warm. The stuff were pleasant and exceptional and the location was magnificent!

The bathroom I had was cold.

The room was decent sized and had pleasant views of the bay. The bedroom was spacious, had wonderful stay and late check-out. The location was particularly good and ideal, just next door to the centre of Saint John and airport terminal and ferry terminal and downtown and the freeway, in a nice area. Friendly services were available. Everything was great, yet a few employees were very unpleasant.

We enjoyed our visit to the nearby Imperial Theatre for a fantastic show, just a short walk away. The rooms were clean, cozy, and even had enough space for our dog.

For dads, it would be great if the breakfast buffet had more choices for kids.

we were there for our honeymoon...we enjoyed our stay..we were not in the room much..but..it was a nice quiet,clean room that suited us to a T...the staff was great ..the price was great and we will go back.

Loved this good budget hotel: great food and superfriendly and consistently courteous staff. The location was magnificent, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Holy Trinity. It had nice swimming pool too.

Families should look elsewhere

The staff were helpful. When we got put in a room without a Harbour View, they apologized and moved us to a higher floor with a view and gave us some drink tickets too.

It wasn't exactly budget-friendly, but still acceptable.

The hotel is located close to the downtown core without being too close to the seedy areas. It had a nice view of the harbour and downtown from my room window.

First of all, I checked in after3 PM and everything went fine at the check-in desk but when we arrived at the room door with our luggage we were turned away but the cleaners who had not yet cleaned the room after the previous Guests. We left and returned an hour later. The hotel is showing signs of aging and the room carpet could do with a thorough cleaning .

It's okay.

The room was spacious and comfortable, paired with a really good breakfast with plenty of hot options. Staff were friendly. The outdated bathroom and difficulty finding power outlets were drawbacks. The pool area was congested.

Friendly and helpful staff, Large and well equipped room. Good location. Lovely view. The charming path leading to the centre was closed due to the work on the bridges, when open again it is fast and scenic route to the Market Square.

Some renovation/redecoration/refreshing would make it perfect

I liked that it was pet friendly as we travelled from out of province with our dog.
